May 2005. My brother took this video from one of my cameras while I was taking shots on another. I was sorry to see the Corinth Tower go, as I used to take shots from the roof. A builder friend of mine was interested in buying it off Liverpool Council, but it was so structurally unsound, it wouldn’t have been worth his while refurbishing it.

after the explosion all the dust blew sideways all over jason walk it was like a picture postcard of christmas iam sure there must be a picture of this somewhere could you let me know thankyou.
I remember seeing some shots from that side of Netherfield Road, I’m sure they were from or thereabouts Jason Walk.
Dave,
Corinth Tower was the highest point in Liverpool. During my electrician days I used to go onto the roof and look down onto both catherdrals
Hi Rob, they were amazing views from up there.
st. georges heights were higher ! half way up st. georges hill ! regards steve
Was really sad to see this go as it was the last of that style high rise left in the city! I think the only block left in Liverpool now which is 22 storys high is Strand House in Bootle, all the rest have gone!
Would of been great had it survived and been structurely sound!
