Liverpool Docks. Salisbury Dock. Shot in 2001. Not much has changed since, apart from the adjoining building having the roof covered and a locked metal gate has been added to the tower entrance earlier this year.

I had a look inside the amazing Jesse Hartley designed Victoria Tower, aka the “Dockers Clock”, aka the “Six Sided Clock.” Lots of graffiti and art, some dating back to the 1960s. I must do some research on the Tower one day. When was it last used? Did anyone live in it? Was it lit up at night? I haven’t a clue. Peel Holdings have now put up a locked gate to prevent vandals gaining access.
