"Along with a local artist and with additional funding from Culture Company we have been collecting ‘stories of steps’ from the Dingle steps next to the old Herculaneum dock (to Grafton St), finding out what the steps mean to local people at the top (Shorefields) and bottom (City Quay). We have raised some additional funds (though a local resident) to publish a collection of these stories together with photos that we have taken over the past few months. These will then be given free to local residents (in a sense returning their stories back to them)."
